Managed to finish another one yesterday tho it's still looking pretty unfinished..

at first was looking at it then was thinking to myself "heeey quite nice leeh! not bad elaine!"and i gave myself a pat on the back.
so i went home, happy and feeling all proud of myself...


i came in this morning. and i take a look at it again..
and i thought to myself..

"oh shit i think i twisted her legs."


but heeey! who'd focus on her legs eeH! LOOK AT THE BEARRR AWWW!! wat a cuuuuuteeee huggable teddyyyyyy! oh! and heeey! the girl is sooo pretty with the huge smile and rosy cheeks!!awwwwww and look at the poka-hearted PINK BACKGROUND!isnt this the sweetest~!

W.I.P motion graphics piece i did at work for a corporate video..

i think i'm beginning to fall in love with motion graphics.
yup its tedious, time consuming, and really requires quite a bit a thinking and planning..
more so if you're inexperience (like me) . but still.. there's something intriguing abt it.. the process of coming up with a good piece... and not to mention the end results.. and all that really makes all the effort worthwhile..

I'm in love.

and love does strange, strange things to you.. it takes you to cloud no.9, 10,11,12,13,14,15.. keeps you from focusing at work..makes you drop grumpy sketches for smiley ones.. and simply makes you sigh and stare sheepishly into space..

IT'S THE DIY BACKGROUND EXERCISE AGAIN!

i thought the sketch of charlie might be a good potential piece to put in my portfolio.. so (feeling pressured for the interview on monday..) i went to fill in the colours and viola!

i would love to continue working on it tho.. it'll be nice to place it on a nice beachy background with the sun glistering on the water like diamonds.. trees dancing to the breeze..purple and orange clouds - oops sorry i got carried away for a moment there..hahahhah hope yoou're picturing it already! but for now kids.. pls let your imagination run freeee and fill in the missing elements into the bg of this piece.. hahahhha..
